Controller

The controller of data submitted through the site is GOODSERVICE sp. z o.o., Polish tax ID (NIP) 5272714609, operator of ITBIZ.PL. Contact: info@itbiz.pl, +48 573 012 321 or the form.

Purpose and basis

Form data is used to answer an enquiry, assess possible work and continue business discussions. The basis is action requested before a contract or the legitimate interest in handling business correspondence.

Data and retention

We process the contact person’s name, phone or email, an optional company, organisation or NIP identifier, the selected topic and task description. Enquiries are kept for no more than 180 days unless a contract or legal duty requires longer retention.

Recipients and security

The site and form run on Cloudflare infrastructure. Providers may access data only as needed to deliver the service and under appropriate safeguards. Turnstile limits automated submissions. After advertising consent, Google Ads processes campaign measurement data; form content and contact details are not sent to the tag.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction and may object. Use the form and provide enough information to locate the enquiry. You may also complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.

Connection diagnostic

The tool shows the user the public IP address, approximate network location, operator and parameters available to Cloudflare. The response is not cached; the IP and measurement are neither stored nor sent to analytics. The ITBIZ.PL server fetches MET Norway data, not the user browser.
